Refund Policy

At GoZipp Enterprises, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with a product or have received an incorrect or damaged item, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
Incorrect item delivered
Damaged or expired product
Item missing from the order
Quality issues (spoiled, broken, unusable)
❗ Note: Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, and other fresh produce are not eligible for return unless delivered in damaged or spoiled condition.
2. Return Window
Fresh & Perishable Items: Return request must be made within 2 hours of delivery.
Packaged & Non-Perishable Items: Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
3. How to Request a Return

Reason for return

4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
Eligible refunds will be issued as:
GoZipp Wallet credit (default option)
Original payment method (on request and where applicable)
Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after verification.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:
Opened or used items
Products without original packaging or invoice
Sale or clearance items
Personal hygiene products
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our store/dark store.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled unless the issue falls under the return criteria mentioned above.
