3. Orders & Deliveries

• All orders are subject to product availability and serviceable area confirmation.

• Gozipp reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or logistical limitations.

• Delivery timelines are approximate. While we aim for fast delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made through approved payment gateways (UPI, cards, wallets, etc.).

• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Gozipp is not responsible for failed payments due to technical issues at the user’s or payment partner’s end.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are allowed for damaged, expired, or incorrect products only.

• Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Users must raise return/refund requests within the allowed window (usually 24–48 hours).

6. Product Information

• While we strive for accuracy, Gozipp does not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are error-free.

• Images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary slightly.

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with platform operations or hack our systems.

• Upload or transmit harmful or misleading content.

• Create multiple accounts with fraudulent intent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Gozipp—including logos, text, graphics, software, and images—is the intellectual property of Gozipp Enterprises and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. Gozipp is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those websites.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gozipp will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses due to third-party actions, service delays, or data breaches beyond our control

• User negligence or incorrect product usage

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use our platform for malicious or unlawful activities.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

13. Modifications to Terms

Gozipp may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
